Non-manifold edge

A non-manifold edge is a mesh edge with more than two entities attached to it. An edge is a line segment that connects two mesh nodes.

On a Fusion mesh, non-manifold edges should be corrected because they indicate elements which have not been correctly attached.

A = free edges

B = manifold edge

C = non-manifold edge.
