Inauguration-In camera-Incapable

1) Inauguration= It's a noun from word/verb 'inaugurate' (εγκαινιάζω), for ex. a new enterprise, business, company, thus all formalities that follow after setting up/settling in this new enterprise. For ex. foundation also of a School, or private Institute, any legal entity, in mostly formality. For ex. a new Gallery also, a place of an Exhibition, also applies as such in cases of Public Law, where State and authorities, would usually undertake relative procedure.

2) In camera= (κεκλεισμένων των θυρών): Some trials, usually Penal ones, take place in camera, this for special reasons like discretion asked from relatives of someone who was murdered, and whose murderers are the accused persons of trial; Relatives can ask this through their Lawyer as plaintiffs, or for limiting publicity of case for social, or other reasons, after approval of Court.etc

3) Incapable (deriving from term legal incapacity. For ex.a person is legally incapable, or has legal incapacity, to proceed to acts of Law, for many reasons: For ex. one is not adult, and cannot for ex. get or sign a loan from bank on his/her own. Or another case, is when someone is in full custody, for ex. one suffers from mental disorder, or other serious mental illness, and doctor has issued Certificate, to be submitted to court, for privation to proced to acts of law, as not capable of handling his/her own money effectively, if one has, or his property from testament, for which his/her relatives request Court so, and doctor upon decisio of Court will issue such Certificate, so that Court issues the relative order. Nb the case must be verified from Court, mainly in cases of adults, for part legal incapacity, for fraud, mainly if this adult person, 'has been earning his/her own living. Thus in these cases, Court will usually process a thorough investigation to cross-proof and verify.

Another case of legal incapacity, is for ex. wif someone has a penal record and has been prived, even after prison, of his political rights, that are also called civil rights, thus any relative right deriving from them, in aeach case, respectively.
