Hexetidine is the medicinal ingredient in Belosept, which is labelled for the symptomatic treatment of streptococcal pharyngitis ('strep throat'), tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, gingivitis, ulcerative stomatitis, oral thrush and Vincent's angina; postoperative hygiene following tonsillectomy, throat or oral surgery.

Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (brand name Esprol) which reduces stomach acid secretion through inhibition of the H+ / K+ ATPase in the parietal cells of the stomach. By inhibiting the functioning of this transporter, the drug prevents formation of stomach acid.
It is used in the treatment of dyspepsia, peptic ulcer disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Lactulose (brand name Portalak) is a synthetic, non-digestible sugar used in the treatment of chronic constipation and hepatic encephalopathy, a complication of liver disease. It is a disaccharide (double-sugar) formed from one molecule each of the simple sugars (monosaccharides) fructose and galactose. Lactulose is not normally present in raw milk, but is a product due to the heat-processes: the more the heat, the more the presence of this substance (from 3.5 mg/l in low temperature pasteurized milk to 744 mg/l in in-container sterilized milk). It is produced commercially by isomerization of lactose.
It is broadly classified as an osmotic laxative.

Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor drug that inhibits gastric acid secretion. It is available under the brand name Zoltex in a form of gastro-resistant tablets and powder forn injection solution.
Pantoprazole is used for short-term treatment of erosion and ulceration of the oesophagus caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease. Initial treatment is generally of eight weeks' duration, after which another eight week course of treatment may be considered if necessary. It can be used as a maintenance therapy for long term use after initial response is obtained. Pantoprazole may also be used in combination with antibiotics to treat ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori. When treating Helicobacter pylori ulcers, Pantoprazole is given twice daily, in contrast to gastroesophageal reflux disease, where Pantoprazole is usually given once daily. Typical treatment courses for Helicobacter pylori range from 10–14 days.

Metformin (brand name Belformin) is an oral antidiabetic drug in the biguanide class. It is the first-line drug of choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes (non-insuline-dependent diabetes melitus - NIDDM), in particular, in overweight and obese people and those with normal kidney function. Its use in gestational diabetes has been limited by safety concerns. It is also used in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, and has been investigated for other diseases where insulin resistance may be an important factor. Metformin works by suppressing glucose production by the liver.
